Important Notice

Prior to May 1, 2022, the University required all students, faculty, staff and visitors (including contractors) to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 as defined in Policy 129 – Covid-19 Vaccination. This policy was suspended effective May 1, 2022, but may be reinstated at any point in the future depending on public health guidelines and the recommendations of experts.

By executing this Agreement, you acknowledge that Covid-19 vaccination may become once again mandatory and attest that in the event that it becomes mandatory, you will be compliant with Policy 129 as outlined at: https://www2.uottawa.ca/about-us/policies-regulations/policy-129-covid-19-vaccination  and as may be amended from time to time. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary actions, up to and including termination.

 

Please note that when you submit your application, if you claim a different number of seniority points than the official points provided by the system, you must also report it as indicated in article 5.8.3 of the collective agreement.

In order to indicate an order of preference for all courses you wish to teach, you must include all available postings in a single application and then number them in order of preference.
